A year ago got a bunch of old camera's dumped on me from a neighbor. Usually when I get some left over camera gear from a friend or relative its usually along the lines of "Hey .. you're into camera's right.. here's XXXX that's been in my closet for years, maybe you know what to do with it" and it's usually a plastic piece of crap from the eighties... it says Kodak.. so it must be good right 😉. Anyways.. I did some work for a neighbor and he gave me a box of old camera's he'd picked up over the years as payment. I knew there was some good stuff in there, not garage sale leica good, but decent stuff from the 60's and 70's. I kept some, sold some but one camera was the Petri 35 Colour... it was just so small and cute I had to hang on to it. Anyways.. fast forward to now and it's been sitting on my shelf. I'm trimming down my camera gear and was thinking of selling it off. I havent seen many of them on eBay but their going for between $150-$300 when I do see them. Is this actually an accurate price.. .or is it just eBay inflation because of the recent film resurgence? BTW.. it seems to be in perfect working order.. meter works.. shutter works and from what I've read the shutter seems to go on these and it's semi rare to find a working one.
Any thoughts?
