Hi! I think this is my first post here! 🙂
I really need some help!
A few days ago, I received my acquisition which I bought from ebay. A Petri 7s II (the model with the external light meter indicator).
Yesterday, I decided to open it up in order to clean the viewfinder. So, I unscrewed the 3 screws that hold the top cover and I removed it.
While I was removing it, a little piece of bented metal dropped off from the film rewind knob and I don't know where it goes. :bang:
The knob turns perfect even without the metal piece but I believe there is a reason they put it there (obviously) 😛
Does anyone know something about it, or have any idea? Or maybe has the same camera and willing to check it out for me?
I tried to find a repair manual but couldn't find one for the specific model [only for the Petri 7s (which I also have), but does not have the same mechanism] 🙁
Right now, I am at work, so I can't post any images of the piece and/or knob. But, if necessary, I could post them later..
Thanks!!!
