Petri Super Color Corrected "Green-O-Matic"

I found this remarkable (old) thread containing a lot of research by member bitoffun on the Petri Color Corrected Super cameras. I came upon it while trying to find any repair guidance on the camera online. I have a 2.8 version of the camera with pretty stiff focusing (not on the level of the Agfas though) and I'd love to see whether getting at the helical is something I can do. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've had mine for years -- got it cheap and I think only put one roll through, but the results were pretty good, so I think it's worth airing out. Mine's a beater -- no body covering whatsoever on the back (though the black enamel that was exposed is nice). A fair amount of rust on the top deck near the wind lever. RF patch is rather weak but usable. Came with a nice clamp-on hood and UV and yellow filters, in a nice disc-shaped leather pouch. A handsome camera and nice ergonomics.
