Photo album?

I have thousand of images on my computer in somewhat messy order, but generally I can find and view what I want from time to time. I will have some images printed large to frame and display in my home, but there is limit to that. Next my idea is to have smaller prints that would form a coffee table size album to be look at now and then. From you own experience I would appreciate any suggestion that you can help me with as to what size and type prints layout act. Thanking you in advance

All a matter of personal choice!
Go to the 'Blurb' bookshop and look through the variety of books there and see what takes your fancy. Have you thought of smaller albums that will go more easily on a bookshelf? Why not get your photos commercially printed and mount them yourself.
Lots of ways to go and in many ways start with the subject matter and decide how best to display it, not the other way round. Artistic prints display very differently from a travelog.
Not too helpful I'm afraid but it might just get you thinking a bit differently.
