Now testing the Voigtländer Ultron 28mm f/2 on the M-P. It's an interesting lens ... Wide open, the corners and edges are pretty "glowy" and unsharp, center is pretty sharp. One stop down shows major improvement and more even illumination, two stops down and it's sharp everywhere, the illumination curve is flat. In some ways it reminds me of the Summilux 35 v2, but of course with a much wider field of view. It's a little harder to love than the Color Skopar 28 but there's almost no color shifting and it actually balances on this body a bit better.
enjoy!

what?
Nice photo. Good commentary. Good to hear how others think of their lenses.

Can't believe she is sitting having breakfast where she can't see her bike! And leaving her helmet in the basket too! Guess there must be a wi-fi link somewhere! LOL

The best camera is one that still works!
I love photos of bicycles ... and that is classic!

Thanks!
Not much chance of someone running off with the bicycle ... there were people seated just out of sight on the left who would have grabbed any piker trying to steal it (and likely given him/her a comeuppance before handing over to the police..).
Everyone at the cafe at 7:15 in the morning is a local and a regular, and everyone else knows them. We'all take care of each other... ;-)

I just received my lens late this afternoon. I plan on wandering around with it on my M2 this weekend (if the weather gods permit). I'll post some results once I process and scan some film.
