Photo-thread: Police/Firemen

Richard, you made me have a hard time looking for something :D

Not a pic that I like, but it's sort of fun as this curious local policeman popped out of the corner just in time to get in the photo.
Details: Towers from the Molina de Aragón fortress, Guadalajara, Spain. Zorki 3m + velvia.

Chicago Police Department, Richard? When did you live in Chicago? Is your "Laughed At" shot (I really like it) from Chicago too? One building in the background looks familiar...

Here's a NY Image: Times Square during the day, and a police officer giving directions to some lost tourists.

Richard, your #2 is just simply marvelous! The kid's expression is so... expressive! It really tells a human story.

Mine below is a Fire Marshal inspection...

Francisco, I lived in Chicago '96-'99. Best city in the US. Love it.

Isn't Chicago a grand town, Richard? Did you stay up to date about the city? The biggest, latest news: the opening of Millenium Park (and the huge over-budget expense: 700 plus million bucks in it).

Don't you miss Central Camera?

Francisco,
I am as much in love with Chicago as you can be with any city.
I first lived in Lincoln Park in a little studio for maybe a year and then moved to Lakeview (between Clark and Broadway) - for about two years. Loved it.

Central Cameras was great - a 'real' camera store.

Haven't heard about Millenium Park - I remember some area being cleaned up around the museums (Shedd, etc) - but think that was completed a few years ago.

Sigh.... Chicago... :)
