Photographing the Photographer... post yours

We watched with amusement as this young man spent time and effort getting self-portraits at The Venetian (resort/casino, Las Vegas) in front of various backdrops... the gondola ride as here, marble statuary, the evening-lit storefronts, etc. He carefully scrutinized his results, then tried again. Others were doing this too, but usually in small groups, and he was particularly intent.

There's a long tradition of tourists taking photos of themselves and/or their companions in front of various scenic attractions... I can imagine the album or slideshow later, "Here's Emma in front of Courthouse Rock near Sedona." And Emma in front of a zillion other sights... 😀

...and there's clearly something intriguing about taking pics of others taking pics! 😉

AFenvy, thank you !! 🙂 It was kinda funny to see that guy taking the photo and then watching the reaction of the guy to the left who thought that I took a portrait of him...
