Good one. Comforting to learn my condition has a name.

DAD (Developer Anxiety Disorder) Worrying about whether I have enough developer left to develop the films I am going to shoot over the next year.

LAD (Lens Anxiety Disorder) Worrying about whether I have too many or too few lenses of a particular focal length. This must be distinguished from LLA (Long Lens Anxiety) caused by the feeling that the recently purchased AF-S NIKKOR 800MM F/5.6E FL ED VR may be a bit too conspicuous for the street photography project.

NTEP - Not Taking Enough Photographs - amongst other photographic afflictions - but NTEP is the most serious

I get Packing Paralysis for a trip: film or digital, which camera(s), which lens(es), which film and in what quantity, how many spare cards, how many spare batteries, spare charger yes/no, on and on.
I also have Divestment Dilemma: stuff I should get rid of because I never use it but keep just in case.

Packratic Syndrome -- the irrational feeling that a house piled full of gear that you haven't used in years does not represent a problem. Soon to be featured in an RFF sponsored reality show.

Prestopia -- the sharp pain in the chest which accompanies the realization that you used stop instead of developer. See also: dysfixia.

Hyperapproval Disorder -- A benign but irritating condition that leads one to comment positively on every posted picture in a forum, to be encouraging. Known to afflict exactly one member in every forum.

Zoomititis: Having the wrong focal length lens mounted for the shot.

What's it called when you'd rather shoot a camera with a misaligned rangefinder and speeds that are off than be without it for a few weeks for a CLA?

Oh, I have a few of those. It's a little known fact that photography gives rise to a couple of interesting mathematical afflictions too:

Transfinite Gear Recursion: The situation when you are going through your gear over and over again, without being able to decide which to use.

Leica Halting Theorem: This proposition states that the abovementioned procedure is effectively decided (i.e. halts) if you are pointwise convergent with a Leica M. (Statistical analysis shows a greater incidence of Leica M2 halting points than with any other M. Although it is not known why this is the case, it is conjectured that the simplicity and elegance of M2s is an equilibrium point. This hypothesis is sometimes called "TomA conjecture", in honour of the greatest M2 user of all. )
