Neither am I. I go early and leave around lunchtime. The crowds are not that bad if you go early.

After noontime it becomes a zoo. By then I'll be gone.

I'm going to be there tomorrow (Thursday). I'll to try to get into the Stephen Shore lecture at noon. I didn't sign up for it, but supposedly you can just show up and drop $10. I'll have a walk around after that. Unless I get so excited that I have to go again, I will see you all at Puck Fair.

I'm sure the guys in the Kodak booth will remember Jeff from last year. LOL. If you go with Jeff you will get double dosed with with film. Last year I got Porta in 120. This year when they hand me the film I'll moan, "What no 220?" LOL.

I ran into pramondh at the Leica booth. Where else?
I had a look at the M. At that moment some lady was holding the monochrome while the leica rep was explaining to her what a rangefinder is. We swung back later and all I can say is that it is very black. Very stylish. My friend also approves of both the Paul Smith colors and the ME grey.

I did a blind test at the Kodak booth, where I showed them a bulk loaded roll of kodak film and asked them to identify it. Three reps failed to identify it as tech pan. I was a little disappointed. I did manage to get two rolls of portra. The Kodak booth looked a little sad though.
I got the business card from the CEO of Novoflex and practiced my rusty German.
That was about as exciting as it got.

Perhaps I should exploit my Paul Smith wardrobe for my visit to the Leica booth. Anyways it seems that Paul Smith specifically makes clothes for lanky guys with narrow shoulders that happen to also be boyishly muscular.

Anyways artist by definition are exhibitionists.

I'll try and cheer up those guys from the Kodak booth by getting my two rolls of Porta 120, but I'll express some New York attitude by aggressively saying, "What no 220?" Perhaps I'll get another two rolls. LOL.

Also know I recently acquired a chromed brass 50 Lux ASPH. It is almost as heavy as my 75 Lux. It should look flashy on an all black MM.
