Hong Kong Photos from 7th meeting of RFF HK Club : Sheung Wan

Adrain, good job ! So nice to see different results from different photographers on same subjects ! The Adrian style, the Louis style, ...

Technically, your 21 seems to be out-performed my CV21 and your films have been processed by a better lab than mine.

Can't wait the Wan Chai 'Shooting Game' !

It's true your J-12 is amazing. Equally as impressive, in some ways, as what Louis is holding in his hands!! ;)

Adrian, you did save the best for last ! The slow shutter speed captured the motions of the cutting action which is the key of the picture. I think this one can compare to the fish guy shot from Louis !

And just some thoughts of our next gathering, how about : One camera, one lens and one roll of B+W film.

Great idea! It "equalizes" us in a fashion. I think I'll leave the 21 at home this time, and shoot the 45. or maybe the 90 for max bokeh?!

Let's discuss. AO

My idea is not restricting to any specific focal length, I guess I will mount my newly swapped Nokton 40 mc on my Bessa T (yes, with the trigger winder, he he...). How about other members ?

It's true, you love that trigger winder! Check your PM for other stuff!

[Off Topic] Please wish me luck this Thursday as I'm going to have an interview for a company which your missus would probably scream when they hear the name .... *evil grin*

To Dingo:
1-lens-1-camera sounds great so I don't have to carry that many stuff!! B&W sounds great also cos I only tried 1 roll before ... :D

To Louis:
Really I wish I can work for "big boss" too .... ha ha ha ha ha

when's the next gathering going to happen? is it exclusive to club members? :)

If you're in Hong Kong and you're carrying a RF, you're welcome to join us! Our next meeting is this Saturday, 10 November, 3pm at the Wanchai MTR (exit next to the Wanchai Computer Centre). We're going to shoot the Wanchai Market.

Adrian

And this cropped picture shows how well the J-12 performs in wide open and available indoor lightings, you can even see the serial no. of the lens !

J-12 isn't bad at all.
