Very nice, as always!

My black FTn needs exercising... thanks for inspiring me.

. I also await the chrome FTn I purchased from Don, but still having trouble finding an opportunity to meet up and take delivery of it in person.
Can't wait to get back to black and white do awhile!

Thanks, the Nikomat is a great camera! I think it's underrated (or perhaps overlooked), despite being solidly built, fully featured, and an incredible value.

Heads up.
Thanks to Don (X-ray), I now have a nice chrome FTn to complement my black FTn. How cool is that?
After fitting a new battery and adapter, the meter works perfectly! I am now loaded and ready to shoot a test roll of FP4 so I can develop the film this weekend.
After that, the chrome body will be shooting color and the black body will be shooting black and white.
Now if I can only find a nice Nikon H Auto 50mm F/2 lens...

Thank you! I have tons more from this roll and another one I shot last week with my Nikkormat FT2. What blew my mind was the results with my mid-'70s Pre Ai 50 f1.4 and H28 f3.5 lens with my FT2 and Kodak Max 400.

One question here: what's with the black tape?

I got into photography after my son was born, and he's the subject of a lot of my photos. Let's just say his name isn't "mat".
