Nice! I've shot plenty of good photos with both these lenses. Gave my 14-42 to my girlfriend when she first started shooting m43, but the 40-150 will probably be my only long lens (unless I have a huge shift in my shooting aims!).

I have the camera set to produce both raw and B&W JPEGs. I use a slightly customized group of settings that matches fairly closely what I tend to produce from the raw files in Lightroom, other than the toning. There are times when all I need is the JPEG, but I can usually pull a bit more out of the raw file in difficult lighting circumstances like this.

The posted image in this case is rendered from the .ORF file, processed in LR 5.7.1.
