My wife spotted some white tail deer on our neighbors yard, so I grabbed the K100D with kit lens and upped the ISO to 3200 and stepped onto our snowy porch steps in my socks and managed to grab a couple of snaps with very high noise and blur here:

This was one of those times you wish you had a fast Canon or Nikon DSLR with super zoom lens!
I've now got the camera ready in AF off mode, wide open, and know I have a tripod around somewhere!
