This is with an old, chrome 135mm f3.5. I could of course say that it was carefully framed and exposed - but it is in fact a advance frame after a reload!

Wonderful images that are an inspiration. I just acquired that lens and haven't used it yet, but now I can't wait to load up the S3 2000 and get started. Cheers...Tony W

Well Tom, the image is certainly well framed and exposed. Tony, hope you got some good shots from your recently acquired 13.5 3.5. The chrome one is what I have also.

Here's another image from it, from a few months back when the winter seemed endless.

Compared to the shorter length S-mount lenses on the S2, this is one I have had the most difficult time with, mostly parallax and focus errors.

Edit: the parallax issues were with getting the external viewfinder adjusted correctly for distance. Hope to have resolved those now and waiting for the latest roll to be developed for verification. Still working on focus accuracy, but I haven't looked at that systematically.

I've always considered the 135mm and Nikon 1:1 finder to be a good match. The black barrel version is quite light weight, too.
