Photos with Zorki 3 and Jupiter 8 lens

Hi guys,

I just picked one of these up and I am getting weird results. Film is Fuji Superia ISO 200. Some pics the colour saturation is nice, while others very grainy and flat colours. I've been told that underexposing can cause the flat colours and graininess. Ive included some examples showing the range of results. Also subjects aren't as sharp as I'm used to, is that a characteristic of the lens? Thanks.

Middle one looks like hole in the shutter.
Off colors are results of this problem I have seen as well.
