mfogiel, are those shot on film? the tonality seems to give it away; but i'm surprised not to see softer corners (the first one, on top corners)

I've got a bad one that flares like a maniac, plus the shots I've taken are with a cheap Lomo 400 film, I don't know how representative they might be of the undamaged lens:

I wanted to mention, I have an original Canon UV filter for the 50/1.2, want to trade for a Leitz original Summicron yellow filter. In the "for trade" section now.

I spent some of my formative years in St. Cloud, nice to see some of the old greenery!
It's a pretty distinctive "look" that the 50/1.2 has with out of focus areas, I especially notice it in foreground blur like your first image.
