it is just like those AI conversion kit for those Nikkor Auto pre Ai lens, will Leica release some sort of conversion kit, so we don't have to pay so much to update our lens? I have over ten of them.

That would do it!
€95 is good value for the lens update but I am sure those of us having their lenses converted will post pictures of the codings so that people who want to experiment can do so, even if their painted dots wear off very easily. I will certainly be doing that for my 50mm f1.4 which cannot be updated but which is optically identical to the later version which can.
Changing the lens mount is easy - get the correct sized cross-head screwdriver, 6 screws, the mount sits flat on the back of the lens. When you replace the screws, they should be tight but not car cylinder head tight. The Tri-Elmar has a spring attached to the mount but that's the only complication.
