Hmmm, won't let me book yet, says cannot book more than 30 days in advance. Maybe have to wait until tomorrow?

Just FYI, I called them. It's based on 30 calendar days. The person who answered the phone told me today you can sign up for the 29th. So TOMORROW is the day to nail down the 3:15 for August 30th. Just FYI.

Actually, someone said they are very specific. I see you are in San Francisco, so you will have to wait until later today at 15:15:01 PST.

I suggested that possiblity on the phone today when I called the gallery. She said no, tomorrow. But I guess it won't hurt to try.

Another FYI: When I went to sign up for 8/30 this morning I first accidentally signed up for 7/30 by mistake. it still had 7 spots open for this afternoon. So unless 20 of us jump on all at once I do not expect it will "sell out" immediately....but who knows....

Nope. 3:21pm local time here in San Fran. No dice. Tells me can only book 30 days before. Try again tomorrow morning I guess...or 12:01am?

Damn that stinks.....I was looking forward to meeting up with you....

I called today from Florida at 12:15 pm eastern time (9:15 am in S.F. ) and got a recording....I left a message and was surprised that the lady called me back....she explained to me that I have to book "30 calendar days" in advance and it has to be at the correct time....so she told me to call her tomorrow (or book online) at 6:15 pm Florida time (3:15 S.F. time) in order to make the booking......she was pretty clear on it....so I will try again tomorrow and see what happens.....

I am just curious to know how many of "us/rff members" plan on going....either way, I look forward to meeting everybody and checking out the photos......

Let's hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow and we can all go together....

They calculate the days to the hour. After 3:30 it should be fine.

A bit too "precise", not user friendly.

ok cool, I just booked for Thursday, August 30th 3:15pm-5:15pm and I got an email reply from them confirming that I am booked....

hope to see as many as you guys and gals as possible there.....

BTW, I had a long talk with Sherry K. today, she just repaired one of my lenses, she told me an interesting story about Leica that I would like to share with you guys when we all meet up.....
