And this apparently isn't a Russian camera either, those didn't come with slow speed mechanisms. Someone seems to have done this to an actual Leica.

Hmm pretty funky, but the paint is rather a nice try at getting real close to seiden matt/semi gloss - RLM 75 Luftwaffe Grey 😀 - wonder who painted it?

I like bright colors and unusual things, and I really don't care for the very human tendency of ridiculing anything that fits outside a narrow norm.

So, while this is not my cuppa, I admire the effort.
