Let's face it, even the original Leica Luxus edition was in questionable taste, as in "only Liberace could have carried it off". Some of the M6 special editions are also in the same class; look up the Royal-Foto one.

I have to find a worn out, but good functioning 1941 Red Curtain camera with nice "light tight" curtains and an original Summitar for the base camera........or maybe I should get real daring and Gold plate an original WW2 CZJ Sonnar T F1.5/50? 😱

Hmmm....to those who like it, and think it's "original," etc...well, I like original, but there's line, and somebody's crossed it here.

This is kinda like pimpin' out a rolls Royce. The words "garish," "ostentatious," and "vulgar" come to mind. Sorry, I see flash but no class here.
