I recently bought a body cap with a pinhole (from Raytex), I've just done the first roll and I think I've got a problem, in neraly all the pics is noticeable in the center a blown sometimes greater sometimes smaller. Some examples:

Looks like light flare from the direct rays of the sun striking the pinhole. You rarely will get 'good' images with the sun shining directly on the pinhole - unless by 'good' you mean the picture of the ghost spectre. Part of the appeal of pinhole is accepting the unexpected, in this case light flare, and its resulting unexpected image artifacts.
If you want to purposely avoid light flare, try shooting with the sun to your side or behind you.

I don't think that it's due to flare, I see the same effect even indoors, if you look the pics the spot is always in the same place, even if the sun is at my back (first pic)

I had the same problem with the pinhole body cap that I made for my Canon 7 (alhough it wasn't as bad as yours). I know my pinhole was a little too big and the material was too thick. I likely also had a slightly out-of-round hole. I made another pinhole for a self-made 6x7 camera but this time I was more careful about getting the material thin and the hole size about right; no overexposure flares with this new pinhole camera.
