Only this tiny little item missing on my recently purchased GSN :bang:..... Is there anyone outthere to complete my latest acquisition? Wishing and hoping... Brichma.

I yet have to see auction including this little piece. Only time I saw it in some review...or ad print? Hope you'll find it, Brichma.

First I put a piece of insulation tape over [hot]shoe to avoid shocking circuit. Later I realized hot shoe contact on flash isn't active when PC cord is used (at least mine does so).

I don't understand this. How would the flash in the hotshoe shock the circuit of the camera? If I understand you correctly what you describe is the same what happens when attaching an old flash with high voltage on his shoe to a digital camera. I wouldn't expect this on a camera this age, but better be warned before I burn my Yashicas.
Could you explain it for me?
