Plastic rings for the CV lenses in Nikon S mount.

I've owned three CV lenses in Nikon S mount (the 35 2.5 is gone, but I still have and use the 21 and 25 which I like very much.)
All three came with a plastic add-on: a ring to separate the aperture ring from the focusing ring, as these two adjusting rings were so close that turning one often meant that the other unintentionally turned as well.
The separator ring on my 21 broke recently and because the plastic failed at the very thinnest place, I doubt whether I'll be able to repair it. Does anyone either have a spare ring they don't need or at least know if they are available from Mr. Gandy? I can't see anything on the website, and the ring isn't even shown on any of the lenses displayed. I believe it was an after-the-fact retro solution after the lenses had been released.
He is currently on holidays, so I thought I'd start my search here.

I'm afraid I don't know but I have the 21 so I am interested in the responses. I would think there would be a part available from CV.

I just sold my 21mm lens and accessory focusing ring to a fellow RFF member. Never used the ring and it's still in the original packaging.
I've never seen one sold apart from a lens though.

Would you mind telling me who you sold it to so I may contact them? Perhaps they aren't using it and would be willing to sell it.
