Please Help Diagnose Problem

I just had this camera CLA'ed, and the shutter magnet replaced. I get a blank thick line across the frame every 7 or 8 frames (see photo). It's a Minolta XG-9. Thanks!

If the shutter on an XG-9 travels horizontally, that is where the problem is. You will be within your rights to send the camera back to the person who did the CLA, along with a few negatives or prints which illustrate the problem.

It has a horizontal shutter and it is sticking. Whoever CLAed it did a pretty bad job, if he did it at all. You should take it back and complain.
