Probably a Mamiya 645, as I can focus closest with it, though I may borrow a Pentax 67 from my Uni.

I usually shoot Plus-X at 320 and develop in Diafine. 'But I recently shot a roll at 50 and developed in Rodinal:

There may be stocks still available in stores, but Kodak announced late last year that Plus-X was being discontinued.
