OK, so to follow the masses, i checked Lake Viviane. It's truly amazing! What's Fuji TX1? Is it medium format, stg like the 617 just smaller? Seems to take great images... (in the right hands, i guess:) )

The Fuji TX1 is the counterpart for the big Hasselblad RF X-Pan that appears on top of the home page of this forum site. In other words, the Fuji version of the X-Pan.

Richard, thanks for keeping a sharp eye on the numbers that shape our community! :)

Interesting, Richard. In particular, I hadn't realized how the Saturday Morning photo project had only 3 photos in it until I came along later and put in my 7! Do most of us sleep in on Sat mornings? There are lots of things going on then, especially in summer months. I would have expected more contributions!

Actually, the xpan is a fuji tx. fuji makes them and rebrands them as hasselblads.

What Saturday Morning Project?

I think what we learned in June is that Doug and I don't have exciting Friday nights.

I had to laugh at that , rover, as unexpected and very likely true!

Russ, each month we have a different theme or project, and those photos go into a special gallery. The photo project theme for this past June was "Saturday morning".

My local lab ran into problems with their new processing gear, and it took them a couple months to sort things out. So the photos I'd shot on Saturday mornings in June were finally uploaded in July. I didn't notice at the time that there were only 3 photos in that gallery! Not a popular theme, it seems...
