Poland, Czech and Russia 2009

maybe my computer can handle it better than others, but the pictures were worth the wait
must have taken a very long time to scan all these files

Less is more.
Some good shots here, a tight edit of 10-15 would have real impact.
See Nick Yoons Cairo a few posts back.

I like these but is this the place to post them????

Put them up on Flickr, SmugMug or similar. Very inconsiderate on a forum like this.

Is there moderation here ???

alot of good photos, from some of the countries id love to goto the most. these just wanna make me go more.

when on your trip did you only shoot with the xpan?

Stunning images! I see you made it all the way to Suzdal. Such a memorable place!

What scanner are you using? Micro contrast/3D and resolution is exceptional.

Great pictures!!!

With the first pictures I thought a panorama camera wasn't needed. But after the first pictures the serie improves a lot. Especially the Auschwitz pictures are really impressive.

Thanks for sharing.

Great pictures, and I think you finally convinced me to join the XPan clan.

By the way, for those that had problems loading the entire page: a different browser may improve your page loading--not that I want to advertise here, but from my experience I must say that Google's Chrome really speeds up page loading a lot.

Thanks for the pictures. I will be taking my M9 and XPan to St. Petersburg Russia for 3 days. Does anyone know of a good local photo guide ("fixer") who could help me while I am there. Thanks for any help in advance.

The KZ camp pictures are some of the most compelling I have ever seen.

Overall your use of the wide format is of a quality seldom seen.

Where was

Czech 11 taken?
Russia 11/12?
Russia 17?

Thanks for sharing.

Great stuff.

To the moaners: why complain about someone posting photos? One click of the back button and you are away. Photos too large? Ctrl and -
