I know you live in Amsterdam but anyone living in the US that likes this film should buy the Walgreens brand 400asa film. It's the same as Superia & when Walgreens puts it on sale for .99 I buy it up! It's not a bad film for general shooting plesure!Pretty much everything I can get my hands on except for the really cheap consumer films (although Superia 400 IS a fav. of mine).

"Fuji Reala 100 (if you can find it)". Why should it be hard to find it?
I heard (read somewhere) that Fuji was going to discontinue this film. I used it exclusively for Weddings in the early 90's in my Canon EOS 630.

Fuji Velvia or Provia, for slides in medium format. Scanned, then mounted for projection. Less used are Astia, Portra 400NC, and some remaining rolls of Agfa Optima 100.

I used to love kodak UC 200, that went away. Same with Fuji 160C and 800Z. So I'm onto kodak portra 160 and 800 to see how they work out for me.
I've been shooting portra 400VC for quite a while now and am quite pleased with it, I shoot ektar occasionally but am less pleased with that.

I bought some stock of Fujicolor 100 ISO (36exp) and Efiniti Uxi Super 100 ISO (36exp), at a dollar a role. I think both can only be bought in Asia and Africa.

Superia 200 or 400. Because it (superia) is the film that is easily available here. I went to a fuji lab earlier this evening to buy 400 superia, but they don't have any in stock, they only have superia 200.

I voted for Ektar 100 when the poll started and was surprised to see that I was the only one voting for it. When I checked today, it had really come up in the polls, as it should.
I really like Ektar 100 and, for me, it is now my favorite color film. I just started using it in my Mamiya 6. It's really nice in medium format.

I have one roll of this film I found in a discounted film bin @ a Wolf Camera. I never see any of it & MOF the sales clerk told me that no one makes a 100 speed film any more. (this was b-4 ektar came out) So I guess Fuji doesn't make this any longer. After I finish my roll of Ektar 100, I think I will shoot this roll of Reala to compare!"Fuji Reala 100 (if you can find it)". Why should it be hard to find it?

Not positive; but believe the current version of Fuji Reala is called Superia Reala 100 which is for sell through most online sources.

I've only just started shooting and developing colour and so far it's Portra all the way. Enjoying 800 but I think I love 160NC. Got a roll of Ektar to try out next (looking forward to that after reading some of the comments in thus thread about it) and I've just sent my first roll of Kodachrome off to Dwaynes.

Reala 120
Hiya,
I'm a long time fan of Reala, sadly in the UK Fuji UK is no longer importing 35mm from Japan so it will dwindle. It's a real shame as it was probably on balance my favourite 35mm colour film alongside 400H and Ektar.
In 120 it will still be imported. So 35mm isn't discontinued outright, just some national subsidiaries aren't importing.
If you click on my Flickr link in my signature a lot of recent stuff is 120 Reala. I think it's a great film and I shall continue to use it in the main. I don't use a light meter so I haven't braved Ektar yet but I should be fine, I don't seem to goof exposures with neg film. Just gotta make that leap.

Lovely photos on your flickr page. Have you played around with Kodak Portra 160nc? It's a lovely film with pastel like colors. I think it's available in 120 in the UK.Hiya,
