I just came across this article on pop photo:

The article mostly talks about the small compacts with larger sensors like X1 and X100. But I am afraid that pop photo is going to confuse many with their terminologies.
And then I read "Back in the day, remember, the street shooters’ Leica M3’s and Canon 7’s and Nikon S’s looked pretty much like ordinary cameras, similar to the cameras snapshooters used..."
huh? back in the day? 😱
