Some other time, then. I wish you all a good harvest out at the vineyard.Sorry, can't do any date for the next month-ish. It's my busy time of year.

I'll be there! Looking forward to increasing quorum by at least one! I will update the top post now, too, so others will see.Bumping the thread because so far it's just me and @boojum who have confirmed. @milescl @Slumgullion @rfaspen are y'all willing and/or able to meet up again on 5 October, same Bat-Time, same Bat-Channel?

I have confirmed my ride for that date but will have to hammer out details with her as the date draws nearer.
Me? What what plate viewing camera?Keep me posted if you need any help. I will be coming in on 30 otherwise. If you need a ride I can swing in on I-5 through Vancouver. I'll drive a moving van so we can handle that wet plate view camera you are bringing along. ;o)

You might be mistaking me for someone else. I have never so much as touched a view camera, let alone owned one. I don't even develop my own film, let alone wet plates. I am planning on bringing something for show and tell but it's much, much more modest in size. An SUV will not be necessary.I thought you were bringing a huge old wet plate viewing camera, a Matthew Brady kind of thing. I can drive a mini SUV if you need the space for the camera.
Boojum is just goofing on ya. Tell him to bring an SUV, or two...maybe even a semi-truck...a lorry...maybe even Hugh Laurie. You might be mistaking me for someone else. I am they. And I have been very busy but I will fly back to the PNW in time for our rendezvous 🤭it seems they are locking up all of the top of the political and police structure there so she is probably as free as a bird. ;o) Rock and roll, baby.

Bumping this thread one more time in hopes some other PNW-straggler finds this thread...
Looking forward to Saturday!
I wonder if there will be any Bertele Sonnars at this get together. I know there are some real Sonnar Fans...
I’ll be bringing some Sonnar “rarity du jour” along — perhaps you should bring the M9 + SBS, too, you never know when you might have to take two photos at the exact same time…You rogue. Not this one. This one will be the Pixii and the CV 35mm Nokton II. SBS will be a later get-together. Most likely on the old M9 and same deal, if you want to shoot it I'll post the pics on Flicker. Asking about the SBS is your "tell", lens lover that you are.
That SBS does so much so well. And my old '57 KMZ J8 is a honey. I have to find some colorful thing to shoot for that 50 test. I'll shoot the 50's I have and post a link.
I suspect that there will be a link of pics of this conspicuous criminal conspiracy Saturday and I hope they get posted before various federal agencies post theirs in the "Wanted for Interstate Flight to Avoid Prosecution" section of their online rogues gallery.
Caffeine and sugar, woohoo! With camera nuts. Bliss. ;o)
I believe that lens was used (Pinky to Lip) for a LASER! Along with TWO Sonnars that I have used in the same "Scientific Experiment"... Involving LASERS!I’ll be bringing some Sonnar “rarity du jour” along — perhaps you should bring the M9 + SBS, too, you never know when you might have to take two photos at the exact same time…
