Portra 400VC pushed to 800..?

Somebody can help me... I love the 400VC colors but I need pushed to 800 for a project in low light condition...
Can you show me some examples..? Or maybe share your experience with this film..?

Well, negative films underexposed do not look too well (grainy), so really pushing it in development is the only option here. I have no experience with pushing Kodak 400VC, sorry.

How about Fuji NPZ. I have used it at nominal ISO 800 and I liked it.

I wouldn't push it! Use 800-film instead.
