Approximately how much capital would be needed to start an arts and designs business? It is a business selling art designs on t-shirts, CDs, DVDs, selling facial portraits of people, tattoo designs etc. How much capital would be needed to at least fund this business for the first year? And why would these funds be needed anyway?
