Hi folks, I have a Taron Eye RF with two glaring problems:
- Aperture stuck at f/16
- Shutter speed dial is wonky
(camera looks like it took some fall damage)
Is there any way to remove the lens so I can work on it directly? I have removed top and bottom plates but unsure where to go next...
Any help appreciated!

There are 2 common ways that lenses are attached in cameras like this.
Some are connected to a front plate, which is held on by screws, under the leatherette.
Others have the lens assembly secured by a ring inside the camera, accessible through the film aperture.

Thanks John. Going through the aperture did the trick! Now the lens games begin...
