Before acquiring the 23/2 and the 18-56 TL lenses, I was perfectly happy to mount small M lenses on the T. I mostly shoot M/manual mode in any camera anyway.

I have never used the visoflex 020...
re: manual focus / Can one see the focus in the EVF as You are focusing with lens ??

Helen! I’m looking after Miss T until you get a Visoflex and experience the greater focus control from live view, especially for fast 50s or 35s in crop mode.

Being able to use the CV 35/1.4 as a (cheap, compact) Summilux is great for me. I’m measuring the T/23 Summicron against the RX1 and (your ex-) X100s as a go-to compact. Being able to tilt/detach EVFs is a real asset in how I frame things.

You did great with screen-only focus, especially the portrait of your partner. The T screen really has no digital equal. But you might enjoy the CL’s integrated body/VF more than the T.
