Great shot, Pan. Fine composition, but in this case I think I would have chosen to leave the light piece of wall on the left out of the picture because light pieces attract a lot of attention. On the right side you would then have more space to show the painting - or what it is - in its entirety. The cleric would then have landed on the left side of the photo, which would have been more dynamic. The light behind him would have had more effect. Is centering the main subject really due to the camera's autofocus?

Hi Erik - thanks for the comment, i see what you mean. That would have made the composition more interesting.
I was walking down the corridor and suddenly he appeared from around the corner. I just quickly raised the camera and took a picture of him - i didn't have the chance to compose with the 35mm. The F4 has only one AF sensor in the centre of the frame.
