Love your "foggy" pictures...
I had the same issues with 2 kentmere 400 rolls. Does it happen with other films? I suspect faulty film batch.View attachment 4884128

The last times, in the first 2 pictures of the rolls I have this lights... in the Nikon, in the Olympus, in the M5... what am I doing bad? After the first 2 or 3 pictures the pictures are well... what do you think?
Could it be a film loading issue? Looks like a light leak though sprockets, but that's just my guess. Maybe try advancing the film 2 or 3 frames more with the camera back closed and secure before taking your first images? Or, could the problem be with the Kentmere film canisters, such that some light leaks in through the film exit slot when you pull out the leader. That could also be overcome by advancing the film several frames before shooting images. Does that light effect happen with other films you shoot, for example with Tri-X or an Iford film?View attachment 4884128

Blast From the Past is a wonderful, eclectic shop in downtown Brevard. We always visit the store for Christmas shopping. Photographed handheld with a 1938 Leica III paired with a 1937 Leica Summar 5cm F 2.0 lens on Ilford HP5 film (rated at 400 ISO) and developed in 1:65 HC-110. Negative scanned with an Epson 4870 using Vuescan.
