That's nice ... I'm really looking forward to getting my black OM-1 back from John (camtech) with a new prism and full CLA. The first roll of film through that camera will be absolute nirvana!
I have so missed that camera since I broke it last year some time!

Ferider, I like that little white house by the shore. Beautiful colors!
Darkhorse, that OM-2 looks great...you're going to LOVE it.

Good to see it arrived safely!
Now I have just two more bodies and a couple of lenses that need new homes!

One question though, how do you lock up the mirror for a timed exposure?

So true ... that's the one thing about my OM-2 that does lack a little IMO.
But like you say ... no trouble (or great cost) to have an OM-1 as well!

The last time I used an SLR for a timed exposure was with an old Minolta SRT200 and that whacked things out of focus something awful. Maybe it'll be better with an OM2 though, I was amazed when I was playing with the auto exposure in very VERY low light. It really keeps going.

I think my black OM-2 is up next after Keith's black OM-1. C'mon John, burn the midnight oil!

I've decided to bombard this thread with pics from my two best Zuikos ... the 50mm f1.2 and the 85mm f2. The majorty of the pics are from the 85mm and I can't say enough about this lens ... it matches my 90mm Summicron in all areas except maybe flare resistance and considering the front element does have a fair few cleaning marks I can forgive it for this.
All shot yesterday morning ... with an OM-1 of course!

I'm jealous of that 50/1.2! I have the 85 and it is a sweet lens, for a 50 I settle for the 1.4

Actually Chris I think the 1.4 is optically the better lens but I get sucked in by the 1.2's speed and short depth of field!
If you look at pic number two you'll notice that there's some veiling flare around the white coffee cup in the lower left of the frame ... the 1.4 wouldn't do that!
