I tried to copy the full-size shot from the gallery (800x wide), but it will only let me grab the URL from the automatically shrunken version... too bad
here is the tale of the little negative that could.
this was the final image on my roll of film, where I had put my old silvernose 50/1.4 Zuiko on my OM-1 and said, "**** the weather, Im shooting wide open". well, it turns out that when I trimmed the end of the roll of film to put it on the spool, I sort of accidentally cut this image. And then, when I hung them, this negative was on top, but apparently that was where all of the excess silver decided to deposit itself, rather than on the bottom. you know, where gravity thinks it ought to be. so I just left it and cropped the image a bit to not have a big missing chunk.
maybe Im an idiot, but I think this frame has some real character to it, like something that Bob Ross would say "well, it's just a happy little accident" about.
