I don't know if this was the best, but it is the most distinctive. Leica M3, with Leica 50mm Summicron collapsible. Fuji Velvia 50 film, scanned. Morning sun on Manzanita at Lake Tahoe in October, 2015. There was enough contrast between the backlit leaves and the background so that I could focus the camera -- ordinarily I can't do that.
