This one was taken in the hometown of my girlfriend, Shunchang County, Fujian Province, China.
It was a freezing cold winter morning. When we woke up and went for the morning market, I found I was lucky to bring my camera with me. The light from a early winter sun just poured into the small alley of the little town. Plus the crowds who have already started their life, all of these picture a vivid Chinese small town. This pic always bring me back to that morning.

Capturing the aurora on my Pentacon Six in Lapland. This was as it was dying down. When the lights were at their most impressive we were too busy watching them to mess about taking photos.
