Thank you, Pan! I love your shot here - composition and tonality are beautiful - is it in Poland?

Thanks Erik van Straten ! That's also a great shot, I love the ethereal quality you are achieving by shooting reflections or through glass. Thanks to you I'm trying that more myself.
I love my Contax lenses and prefer using on the native body, though one of my IIa's tends to shred film sprocket holes.
Today I finished a roll in that camera, then started one in my M4, that I haven’t used for a while. The viewfinder change was very noticeable, literally like night and day, as was the usability. I found I was shooting more, and faster, with the M4. Though that isn't necessarily a good thing... I get nice results with the Contax because I slow down perhaps.

Erik.
This is definitely somewhere in Eastern Europe, these see-through curtains are a hallmark of eastern Europe - that's the first think my eyes landed on in this picture. There are still shops in every high street in Poland selling them - they are called "firanki".
I also like the children in the background playing. Brilliant picture, I like it a lot.

Thank you, Pan; you are right: Babruysk in Belarus, taken around 2001.
Great copy of the Sonnar f2 you have, largedrink. The front lens of mine is opaque from the scratches. Thank you for your comments. I love your shots.
