Rayt that is one of my favourite photos i've seen here. I also had a Noctilux for a while, but these days my fastest is the Canon 50mm 1.4 & i don't even use that very often.The problem with using the Noctilux is the thin View attachment 4820217dof. focusing and recomposing means an out of focus shot. Sorry about the scratch.

Thank you! I appreciate the encouragement. The mistake I made was using the Noctilux at F1.0 regardless whether the scene called for it just because I could. And many of my photos really could have been better with more dof. I see a lot of great photos shot with the Noctilux by others but unfortunately the lens was wasted on me.
