I made this shot in München in about 1975. I think the man needed police protection because he was a look-alike of Hitler. Just imagine the guy with a small black moustache!
Yes, can be a good idea to start such a thread.

Thank you, Pan. A shot from 1979. Shot with my first Summicron 50mm rigid, 1567871. I was deeply impressed by its performance after many years using only the Nikkor H Auto. Unfortunately a few years later this Summicron became VERY hazy. Many years later it was cleaned by a former Leitz engineer, Mr. Scherpenborg, but it never got back this incredible performance.

It is a very crisp image image with lovely background and subject. The tones are also very nice.

Thank you, Pan. It is a split grade print. It took me hours to get the right exposures (a split grade print is made with two exposures, a soft one and a hard one).

They saw me take the picture. Dude walked into the restaurant and confronted me. "Delete it in front of me!" he demanded. I gave him the long lecture about how film how film worked, and thus could not be "deleted" in the sense he was thinking. He finally got bored and left. I did promise him that nobody would be able to recognize him or the lady (it was she who actually saw me take the picture) in the picture I took due to it being a wide angle picture, and my lack of skillz.
ps, if you recognize either of these people, please keep their identitiy to yourself.
