I would imagine that a soak in that spring would leave one absolutely glowing!The Radioactive Hotel - a former Hotel & Spa with natural radioactive spring waters. Abandoned in 1945, now in a state of decay.

The water was advertised as "the more radioactive water in Europe". Bottles were shipped to many places., and the Spa kept a very busy activity up to 1945.I would imagine that a soak in that spring would leave one absolutely glowing!
During the first half of the last century radioactivity was considered to have health benefits. I remember a book by Bill Bryson were he mentions radioactive toilet seats (supposed to be germ-free)...
