I am trying to figure out what the person in your picture is doing - it is a fast food shop but i am not sure what he is preparing. Nice picture.

He is making french fried potatoes, the most popular food in The Netherlands. He is putting potatoes in a kind of press that cuts them in slices before they are fried.
