Thank you for sharing this as always Colton. I also want to take the opportunity to tell you that while researching Rollei cameras (as I'd sold 2.8E over 20 years ago), I found your piece on Rolleis but also your set of B&W images taken with Rolleiflex that I had not seen. They are beautiful and inspiring!

David

Thank you David.
Was that my photozine "In Sunshine and In Shadow" that you're talking about?

This was shot a few weeks ago using a newly acquired Leica M4-P and my Canon 35mm f/2.0 LTM lens. I think the film was FP-4, but I forget. Developed in Ilford DD-X and shot back to digital.

Shot with a Canon 7s rangefinder and Canon 35mm f/2.0 LTM lens using Ilford FP-4. Developed at home in Ilford DD-X. This is from the South Cave Hills in northern South Dakota taken during an adventure motorcycle trip through that area.

Looking back to find the site Colton, I realize I was linked to your website and it was the section of Monochrome images. Seeing also that these were made with a variety of cameras, not Rolleiflex in particular.

Of course I understand also it's the photographer, not the camera that makes the photo. Something in the way I linked to it (Google no doubt) made me think these were Rolleiflex as I'd just seen your article on Rolleiflex Buying Guide on Film Shooters Collective.

Best regards,
David
