Thank you everyone - i keep returning to this church. Fara Poznanska is a massive gothic church - the light and the architecture is great. Taking good pictures there is like fishing in a barrel. I have got used to the light there - on the darker areas of the church, for 400 ASA film, i get the best results at 1/15 with wide open lens (f/1.8). On the brighter side of the church usually a 1/30 and either f/2 or f/2.8. I prefer using the Nikon F5 as i find its counterbalancer more efective than the one on the F4.
