A few portraits taken with different lenses.
This is with Helios 44M-4 (Multicoated). Atrocius flare control - some of my pictures are distroyed by flare (i will scan an example at some point). A lens for the overcast days mosty. You can notice the characteristic swirly background.

This one is taken with it's predecessor - the Helios 44-2. Probably single coated but i am not sure. You can see the characteristic bleeding of the highlights into the darker areas of the image.

The good old, reliable Takumar 55f/2. You know what to expect with this lens. Bokeh is not as nice as the Rokkor 58/1.4 (to be expected) but it is an exceptionally sharp and contrasty lens. A reliable workhorse.

I need to shoot more often with the Helios-103. Very sharp stopped down; very nice subject pop and pleasant bokeh at f/2.8-f/4.I love the overall rendering of the image

That bleeding with the Helios 44-2 is known as "Leica glow".A few portraits taken with different lenses.
