Post Your Film Images Here

Went out with the Kino Flex "TLR" (a box camera disguised as a TLR) last week. Kentmere 100 + yellow filter, developed in D76 (1:1 dilution), printed on Arista EDU Ultra VC FB paper. This reminds me why I love medium format. These images were shot/exposed carelessly, developed carelessly, and printed with a minimum of effort (I referenced one test strip made from one image to make prints from 8 on the roll). Taken with a cheap camera, on the cheapest film, developed in the most unadventurous chemicals, printed on the cheapest paper*, and yet the results are still entirely satisfactory. Except perhaps for the scratches, but even those would have been much worse had this all been done with 35mm. This is the magic of medium format: if I were so sloppy when working with 35mm, the results would have been tragic. :)

*= technically there are cheaper papers, if one uses RC paper.
