Thanks, Antonio. This is Joiliet, IL, one of the many small Route 66 towns that time seemed to leave behind. The steel mills and other Industry moved out and, for whatever reasons, it did not gentrify like so many other suburban Chicago towns. Another from the same roll:

Aboriginal Elderly couple ( top)

( i lived in the couple's house ( house is behind me) for 6 days ( documenting some of their Aboriginal life and festival), they are my friend's parents, this is outside their house
and in some hot summer nights, they sleep outside...) ( they are eating roasted sunflower seeds 瓜子)
